Fusion Radio Networks announced a five-year deal with
California-based entertainment giant Kid Corona dot com, including a massive web
and marketing partnership to take effect in early 2005.

with Fusion Radio Networks. Both our companies share the same goals and visions
and I believe this partnership will take us both to the next level."
The
merger, which was made official on Friday, will combine the media forces of Kid
Corona dot com and Fusion Radio Networks, together. Kid Corona dot com owns the
country's leading entertainment and nightlife website, as well as a major TV production
facilities in California, Arizona and Nevada.

Fusion Radio Networks joined forces with the syndication
outlet, SupeRadio, in a four-year deal to syndicate Fusion's Sunday Nite Slow
Jams radio program. Superadio will oversee the sales and affiliate
relations,
while Fusion will remain as producer of the show.
"We've had our eye
on Sunday Nite Slow Jams for some time now," says SupeRadio President Gary
Bernstein,
adding "It's one of the hottest programs in the format and we're excited
to be part of this stellar project."
SupeRadio is the industry's leader
in Urban and CHR radio syndicated programming, boasting such personalites as Wendy
Williams, The Baka Boyz, Russ Parr, and Dr. Dre & Ed Lover.
